New pages wait to be found
Crawlers come back on their own schedule. Until they do, a new or updated page can't show up in results.
Daily runs to IndexNow and Google's Indexing API
ZenSEO reads your Search Console sitemaps, finds pages whose lastmod changed, and notifies Bing, Yandex, and other IndexNow engines, plus Google for job and livestream pages.
The usual routine: publish, open Search Console, paste the URL into Request Indexing, and hope. Or skip it and wait for crawlers to come around.
Crawlers come back on their own schedule. Until they do, a new or updated page can't show up in results.
One URL at a time works for a launch. It breaks down across hundreds of pages and the updates you forget to submit.
A missing IndexNow key or a quota error rejects your submission, and nothing tells you it happened.
Start from the Search Console property you already have. Credentials and results stay scoped to each site.
01
Sign in and import the Search Console properties and sitemaps you already have access to.
02
Add your IndexNow key, and connect Google if you publish job or livestream pages.
03
Runs happen daily or on demand. Open any run to see exactly what each provider received.
The daily run picks up every page whose sitemap lastmod changed and notifies providers without you opening Search Console.
Unchanged pages are skipped, duplicates and off-property URLs are dropped, and Google submissions stay under a 200-request daily cap.
Each run shows submitted, skipped, and failed counts per provider, with the error each provider returned.
ZenSEO is new, so there's no wall of customer logos here. These are the things you can verify for yourself.
ZenSEO finds your pages, sends them where they're accepted, runs on schedule, and shows you the result.
I run a few websites of my own. Every time I shipped a page, I'd open Search Console, paste the URL into Request Indexing, and move on to the next one. When I added IndexNow for Bing, I had no idea whether my key file was even working. Submissions failed quietly, and I found out weeks later.
So I built the tool I wanted: read the sitemaps I already have, send what changed to the providers that accept it, and keep a log I can actually read. No content generators, no rank trackers, nothing I'd have to learn before it helped.
I'm keeping it free because I want people to use it. If it saves you the copy-paste routine, it's doing its job.

The questions worth asking before you connect a site.
Nothing. ZenSEO is free. There's no trial, subscription, or one-time fee, and it never asks for a card.
No. A successful submission only means a provider received the notification. Search engines independently decide whether and when to crawl, index, display, or rank a URL.
No. IndexNow notifications are shared among participating search engines such as Bing, Yandex, Seznam, and Naver; Google is not currently a participant. ZenSEO keeps IndexNow and Google's Indexing API as separate providers.
Google documents the Indexing API for pages containing JobPosting or BroadcastEvent structured data. ZenSEO shows this eligibility warning and applies batches of 100 with a 200-request daily safety cap.
No. Once a URL is accepted, it isn't sent again until its sitemap lastmod changes; failed submissions remain eligible for a later run when quota is available. Pages without a lastmod are sent once. Duplicates, invalid URLs, and URLs outside your property are dropped before anything goes out.
You can sign in with Google or upload a service account. ZenSEO validates a service account against the exact Search Console property, then encrypts it with AES-256-GCM. You can remove a service account at any time, or revoke Google access from your Google account settings.
Only the IndexNow key file, if you use IndexNow. ZenSEO reads the sitemaps you already declared in Search Console and checks that the key file is live before submitting.
