Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ZenSEO, ZenFast, ZenGrow, and https://zenseo.app.

The service

ZenFast connects to Google Search Console, discovers URLs through declared sitemaps, and can submit URLs to the Google Indexing API and IndexNow when you enable those integrations. It also stores indexing configuration and run history. Google and participating search engines independently decide whether and when to crawl, index, display, or rank a URL. We do not guarantee any of those outcomes.

ZenGrow lets agency teams create client projects, use Search Console and optional DataForSEO research, ingest selected sources, generate AI-assisted briefs and drafts, review immutable article versions, and expose approved content through project API keys. Generation and research are started by users. External systems pull approved content and acknowledge publication; ZenGrow does not silently publish article bodies.

Your account and authorization

You must use accounts, client content, sources, credentials, and domains you are authorized to use. Agency admins are responsible for team roles, invitations, project API keys, and credential access. You must protect API keys, promptly revoke credentials you no longer use, and ensure your research, source ingestion, generated content, and publication comply with provider policies, law, confidentiality obligations, and third-party rights.

Google documents its Indexing API for pages containing JobPosting or BroadcastEvent structured data. You are responsible for determining whether your use is eligible. ZenFast applies product safety limits, but provider quotas and policies remain controlling.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to other material. You remain responsible for source rights, factual review, prohibited claims, editorial approval, and anything you publish. DataForSEO and AI-provider availability, licensing, prices, and outputs remain subject to their provider terms. API consumers may access only the project and scopes assigned to their key and must respect service rate limits.

Beta availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features, limits, integrations, and data retention may change during the beta. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for lost rankings, traffic, revenue, data, or other indirect or consequential losses resulting from provider decisions, outages, or use of the service.

Data and deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we process. You may remove per-site credentials in the product, revoke Google access, or request account deletion by emailing akshit@zenseo.app.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable consumer law.
